At VAGGO, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with an eligible item, you may request a return and refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

7-Day Return Policy

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned with its original packaging and tags, when applicable.

  • Your order number or proof of purchase may be required.

Items returned after the 7-day period may not be accepted or eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and health reasons, underwear and intimate apparel are not eligible for return or refund, including but not limited to:

  • Boxers

  • Briefs

  • Panties

  • Thongs

  • Lingerie

  • Underwear sets

  • Undershirts

  • Other intimate or personal-wear items

All sales of these items are final, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos showing the issue.

If approved, we may provide a replacement or issue a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an eligible returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • The item you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos of the item, if applicable
